Job Summary: Ensure comprehensive site security by controlling access for personnel, vehicles, and goods, and preventing losses or incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Verify staff entry and exit, as well as that of visitors and suppliers. 2. Report inconsistencies and supervise product loading and unloading. 3. Respond to emergencies and immediately report incidents. PREVENTOR Objective: Ensure comprehensive site security by controlling access for personnel, vehicles, and goods, and verifying the accuracy of shipping and receiving documentation, thereby preventing losses, thefts, or incidents. Responsibilities: Verify staff entry and exit, as well as that of visitors and suppliers. Review waybills and validate alignment with physical goods. Supervise product loading and unloading. Report inconsistencies (shortages, overages, damages, incorrect documentation). Conduct periodic patrols in offices and warehouses. Identify risky situations or unsafe conditions. Supervise vehicles parked in front of the premises. Maintain order and prevent incidents (thefts, collisions, unauthorized occupation). Respond to emergencies (thefts, fires, accidents). Immediately report incidents. Requirements: Completed secondary education. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Training in security or surveillance (preferred).
