Requirements: - Availability to work full-time from Monday to Sunday, with one rotating day off. (48 hours per week) - Minimum 6 months of experience as a Store Manager or Store Supervisor. - Proficiency in Excel. - Experience handling cash registers and POS terminals. Main Responsibilities: - Ensure achievement of sales targets by leading and motivating the team. - Manage and monitor point-of-sale performance indicators. - Prepare, coordinate, and track staff schedules. - Maintain order, control, and cleanliness of the warehouse and entire store, safeguarding brand image. - Deliver excellent customer service and lead by example in the sales area.
