Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Inspector Engineer to provide advisory services and supervise industrial paint application in the field, with proactivity and fast learning ability. An established company dedicated to the manufacturing of industrial paints is seeking top talent to fill the position of: **TECHNICAL INSPECTOR ENGINEER\_ (PAINTS DIVISION):** **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or fully qualified professional in CHEMICAL ENGINEERING / INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING** * **Availability and experience working 90% in the field (visiting clients in Lima and Callao) and 10% in the office (office located in Villa el Salvador)** * **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM** * **Proactive, responsible, punctual, persevering, and honest. Fast learner and able to work under pressure.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Visit various clients in Lima and Callao to provide technical advisory services and conduct paint inspections (all transportation is covered by the company) * Verify and supervise paint application work, ensuring compliance with physical and chemical specifications stated in technical data sheets and proper on-site application of coatings, as requested by sales representatives and clients. * Issue technical reports and reports within a maximum of two days after the inspection is completed. **WE OFFER:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Full payroll registration (General Regime) * Profit-sharing participation * Pleasant working environment Salary: Starting from S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
