Position Summary: We are seeking an Architectural / Interior Design Assistant capable of developing design proposals, drawings, and 3D modeling for projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design proposal development and drafting of plans 2. 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering 3. Coordination with suppliers and supervision of installations We seek an Architectural / Interior Design Assistant capable of developing design proposals, drafting plans, and performing 3D modeling during project execution. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Measurement taking and data collection for spaces to be designed. * Design proposals for assigned areas. * Preparation of design drawings, technical drawings, and construction details. * Development of 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering for project visualization. * Supervision of furniture delivery and installation. * Coordination and management of suppliers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Architecture or Interior Design. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience supporting architectural or interior design projects.
