Job Summary: We are seeking an Architectural Assistant with a bachelor's degree and experience in projects, drafting and coordination of plans, permit applications, construction supervision, and descriptive reports. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in architectural projects and drafting plans. 2. Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. 3. Availability for travel and on-site construction supervision. We are seeking personnel to fill the position of Architectural Assistant, bachelor's degree required, with experience in project execution, drafting and coordination of plans, permit applications, construction supervision, preparation of descriptive reports, technical specifications, and willingness to travel within the country. REQUIREMENTS: \- Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering. \- Advanced proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). \- Experience in preparing descriptive reports, technical specifications, and plan coordination. \- Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Valid documentation: CV, national ID (DNI), police and criminal background certificates. \- Residence in Santiago de Surco or nearby districts. \- Immediate availability.
