Position Summary: Supports project development and architectural design, construction management, material selection, and administrative support, applying learning and communication skills. Opportunity to apply and develop soft skills Project Development and Design * **Architectural Survey:** Conduct precise on-site measurements of land or buildings slated for renovation. * **3D Modeling and Rendering:** Create volumetric models and photorealistic views for client presentations, focusing on textures, lighting, and furniture. * **Detailed Planimetry:** Preparation of layout plans, sections, elevations, and, critically, **construction detail drawings** (suspended ceilings, material junctions, carpentry details). Construction Management and Materials * **Quantity Takeoffs:** Assist in calculating material quantities (bricks, cement, m² of ceramic tiles) for budgeting purposes. * **Finishes Selection:** Support selection of materials from local suppliers, verifying stock availability and costs for interior design projects. * **Field Supervision:** Scheduled site visits to verify that construction execution aligns with design drawings, reporting any deviations to the responsible architect. Administrative and Documentation Support * **Municipal Files:** Assist in assembling folders for building permits or certificates of construction compliance. * **Digital Archiving:** Maintain orderly version control of drawings (V1, V2, Final) on the company server. Soft Skills * **Learning Ability:** Willingness to understand real-world construction processes beyond academic theory. * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to coordinate effectively both with the design team and with construction foremen. Employment Type: Part-time Salary: S/.200.00 - S/.350.00 per month Expected Hours: No more than 30 hours per week Work Location: Hybrid in Chiclayo, Lambayeque
