Responsibilities: \- 3D modeling and rendering of multifamily building projects (exteriors and interiors). \- Collaboration with interior design/architecture departments to visualize proposals. \- Preparation of deliverables (renders and drawings). \- Efficient time management and adherence to deadlines. Requirements: \- Academic background in Architecture. \- Proficiency in software such as: AUTOCAD, SketchUp, V\-Ray, D5 \- Portfolio required (renders and completed projects). \- Preferred: knowledge of materials and lighting.
