Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect who actively engages in construction, design, and project management—from project conception through to execution of real estate developments. If you are passionate about seeing your ideas become reality and participating in the entire construction process, this opportunity is for you. **What will you do?** * Monitor and track **construction progress** * Coordinate **on-site logistics and resources** * Prepare and review **quantity takeoffs** * Resolve **on-site issues** * Develop **architectural drawings (2D and 3D)** * Design residential projects (multi-family buildings, country houses, and/or beach houses) * Direct coordination with clients and technical teams * Supervise finishes and quality control * Support comprehensive project planning and management **What are we looking for?** * Graduate, Bachelor’s degree holder, or licensed Architect * Experience or knowledge in **construction and project execution** * Proficiency in quantity takeoffs * Proficiency in: * AutoCAD * Revit * SketchUp * Illustrator or other design software * (Mandatory) Specify the software used for 3D modeling * Proactivity, sound technical judgment, and ability to resolve on-site problems * Interest in professional growth within the industry **What do we offer?** * Real opportunities for **professional growth** * End-to-end participation in projects * Excellent work environment * Continuous learning both on-site and in the office **Work Modality** * On-site – Surco (in front of Jockey Plaza) * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. **Application** Submit your **updated CV \+ portfolio** **Position Type:** Full-time / Contract-based *At Vanza, you don’t just design… you build and bring projects to life.* Position Type: Full-time, Contract-based Salary: S/.1,400\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Experience: * three: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
