Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with experience in urban development permit processing and municipal file management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Urban Development Permit Processing 2. Municipal File Management 3. Participation in formal and growing real estate projects **Licensed and Registered Architect (CAP)** *(mandatory)* * *(Civil Engineer with proven experience will also be considered)* * Processing of **Urban Development Permits** (new applications and/or regularization). * Management of files before **Municipalities** (provincial and district). * Law No. 29090 and its regulations. * Urban and construction parameters. * Zoning, cadastre, and urban planning. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and manage **technical files for urban development permits**. * Municipalities * Notaries * Public Registries (SUNARP), as applicable. **What We Offer** * Project-based contract or mutually agreed modality. * Market-competitive remuneration commensurate with experience. * Participation in formal and growing real estate projects. ***AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL TO PICHANAKI CITY.*** Job Type: Temporary Work Location: Regular travel required
