Currently, we are looking for a commercially oriented, results-driven Real Estate Sales Advisor. **Main Responsibilities:** * Promote lots through social media (TikTok and Facebook). * Generate and manage leads (potential customers). * Provide personalized consultation to interested customers. * Conduct commercial follow-up until sales closure. * Coordinate and accompany field visits to showcase land parcels. * Achieve established sales targets. **Requirements:** * Sales experience (preferably in real estate, automotive, insurance, or related fields). * Social media proficiency (especially TikTok and Facebook). * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. * Results orientation and commitment to achieving targets. * Availability for on-site work in Huancayo. **Working Conditions:** * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm / 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm * Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm * **Work Modality:** Office \+ field visits (as scheduled). * **Compensation:** S/ 1200 \+ sales commissions. **Application:** Interested candidates should submit an updated CV or apply via the platform. **Position Type:** Full-time **Department:** Sales / Commercial Salary: S/.1,100\.00 \- S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
