We are a family-owned company dedicated to real estate property management in Lima, and we also offer a full range of real estate services, including property buying and selling, specialized legal advisory, repairs and maintenance, among others. Our diverse property portfolio includes residential, industrial, commercial, and office properties, strategically distributed across 11 districts of the city. What will you do in this role? You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our property portfolio, including: * Rent Collection: Monitoring and tracking lease agreements and their renewals. * Services: Coordinating and supervising property maintenance and services, including repairs. * Taxes: Managing and ensuring compliance with tax obligations related to properties. * Handling Requests: Promptly addressing inquiries and requests from tenants and property owners.
