Requirements: * Graduated Civil Engineer, registered with the professional association, and holding a valid license. * Must reside in the city of Ica (mandatory). * Proven experience in: * Quantity surveying for buildings and urban development projects. * Cost estimation and budgeting. * Proficiency in Delfín Express, MS Project, and AutoCAD. * Unit cost analysis (UCA) and productivity assessment. * Surveying (mandatory). * Site residency and construction supervision. * Structural design of buildings and civil works. * Preparation of technical files for buildings and urban development projects. * Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems (OHSEMS). * Project management and execution with implementing units. * Preparation of technical files for the **Módulo Sitio Propio** program.
