Job Summary: Nexo Gestión Inmobiliaria is seeking a Condominium Administrator to manage integral real estate services, ensuring operational efficiency and property maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages comprehensive real estate administration for condominiums. 2. Supervises and coordinates condominium maintenance and staff. 3. Ensures execution of work and vendor management. Nexo Gestión Inmobiliaria, a Peruvian company dedicated to providing comprehensive real estate administration services for shopping centers, corporate buildings, beach clubs, residential condominiums, and parking lots, is seeking top talent for the position of: CONDOMINIUM ADMINISTRATOR. Requirements: * Completed technical or university degree in Administration, Hotel Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Immediate availability. Responsibilities: * Coordinate with the Operations Manager on annual maintenance tasks, assigning execution dates. * Develop and monitor the GANTT chart for maintenance tasks. * Call condominium staff to attend Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) training sessions. * Supervise vendor personnel during service delivery. * Conduct weekly meetings (Management Committee) with staff to review progress on assigned tasks and plan upcoming assignments. * Continuously supervise common areas and personnel under supervision to ensure timely completion of requested tasks. * Manage entry of voucher information into the system and coordinate payment processing with Treasury. * Apply appropriate disciplinary actions to personnel under supervision. * Conduct daily attendance tracking for condominium staff.
