




Job Summary: Concierge responsible for supervision, cleaning, coordination, attending to residents and visitors, managing documentation, and maintaining equipment in the unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for supervision and cleaning of the area 2. Attending to residents and visitors, coordinating entries 3. Managing documentation and communicating with administration * Must be properly uniformed. * Review the previous shift's incident logbook. * Responsible for cleaning their assigned area. * Responsible for cleaning the lobby, requesting custodial staff assistance as often as necessary. * Responsible for receiving and distributing all documentation addressed to unit owners and the unit. * Supervise the unit, checking fire extinguishers and fire hoses in their tower. * Assign special tasks to custodial staff after prior coordination with administration. * Verify and supervise work performed by external personnel. * Attend to residents and visitors. * Coordinate visitor entry (family members, guests, technicians, etc.). * Responsible for reminding residents about maintenance and water bill payments. * Responsible for preparing the maintenance payment settlement sheet, accurately recording all required data. * Coordinate with custodial staff to assist owners. * Verify custodial staff’s work performed during the day. * Check proper functioning of lighting fixtures. * Coordinate with security personnel regarding resident entry through rear parking garages (if applicable). * Complete the daily incident logbook. * Entry of vehicles not belonging to the building must be reported to the front desk by the resident authorizing them; such vehicles must park in the space of the owner who authorized their entry. * Anyone parking a vehicle in a garage space not owned by them must present written authorization from the garage owner, or the owner must verbally authorize it to the concierge. * Promptly report any equipment malfunctions to administration. * Notify administration by phone regarding staff tardiness or absences during their shift. * Depart only after handing over the shift to the incoming receptionist, noting the departure time and the relieving staff member’s arrival time. * The concierge position operates on a shift-relief basis; therefore, under no circumstances should the incumbent leave before the relieving staff member arrives.
