Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Accountant with solid expertise in accounting, tax, and financial management to ensure tax compliance and proper information handling. Management support for decision-making Accountant An experienced, results-oriented Accountant is required, with strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial management, capable of ensuring compliance with tax obligations and accurate handling of the company's accounting information. Main Responsibilities: \* Prepare and analyze financial statements. \* Manage and file tax returns (IGV, Income Tax, PDT, etc.). \* Record and supervise payment vouchers. \* Perform bank reconciliations. \* Coordinate internal and external audits. \* Ensure compliance with current tax regulations. \* Provide management support for decision-making. Requirements: \* Bachelor's degree / Professional title in Accounting. \* Minimum 2–3 years of experience, preferably in real estate. \* Knowledge of Peruvian tax regulations. \* Proficiency in accounting systems and ERP software. \* Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. \* Experience in cost control. Salary: Starting from S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
