Generation of reports and indicators to support decision-making Join our team in Peru! **Technical Office and Cost Control Engineer** At Urbana Perú, we seek a professional with strong analytical skills, results orientation, and experience in technical and economic control of construction projects—contributing to achieving our projects’ objectives regarding schedule, cost, and quality. **What will be your purpose?** To monitor and control the technical, economic, and operational execution of construction projects through continuous oversight of budget, scheduling, quality, contracts, and procurement—ensuring compliance with established project objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor and track construction costs, identify variances, and propose corrective actions. * Manage purchase orders, service orders, and construction contracts via the corporate ERP system. * Develop and update construction schedules, and monitor progress against scheduled activities. * Prepare site committee minutes and weekly project progress reports. * Track investment flows and support financial updates for projects. * Verify compliance with schedules, technical specifications, budgets, and quality standards. * Coordinate with Budget and Procurement departments to optimize construction processes. * Monitor on-site inventories of materials and supplies. * Generate management reports and indicators to support decision-making. **Requirements** * Licensed professional in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of specific experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure companies, performing duties related to Technical Office, Cost and Budget Control, Construction Planning and Scheduling, Schedule Monitoring and Control, and Preparation of physical and financial progress reports. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Advanced Microsoft Office, Budget Preparation and Construction Scheduling, ERP systems (desirable).
