Job Summary: We are seeking a charismatic and communicative Content Creator to create and star in social media content, serving as the visible face of the real estate agency. Key Highlights: 1. Create and star in content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. 2. Be the visible face of the real estate agency on social media and digital campaigns. 3. This position is intended for individuals with proven experience as a Content Creator, comfort on camera, and affinity for the real estate sector. Responsibilities: * Create and star in content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (reels, videos, stories). * Serve as the visible face of the real estate agency on social media and digital campaigns. * Plan and execute the content calendar. * Participate in filming for real estate projects and events. * Analyze performance metrics and propose creative improvements. Requirements: * Strong on-camera presence and ease of speaking in front of the camera. * Creative, charismatic, and communicative. * Proficiency in content creation tools (Capcut, Canva, Premiere, or others). * Minimum 2 years of experience creating social media content (mandatory). * Portfolio or active social media accounts demonstrating prior work.
