




Job Summary: Coordinate and manage the delivery process, generate reports, and resolve customer requests to ensure a satisfactory experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative support and use of digital platforms At Imagina, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative. The main responsibilities include: * Coordinate the delivery process with the responsible department: Manage scheduling with customers for deliveries, purchase welcome kits and manage inventory, ensure required documentation is prepared prior to delivery, conduct common areas orientation, and handle resolution of critical issues during delivery. * Generate reports and verify alerts to identify opportunities for improvement throughout the delivery process. * Ensure customers have access to the owner portal and guide them in using it. * Handle administrative tasks such as document signing with customers. * Resolve customer requests received through various service channels. Requirements: 1 year of experience in commercial, customer service, or related roles. University degree in Business Administration or related fields. Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) \*Availability to work Monday through Sunday (with two days off per week); or Monday through Saturday (Saturdays until noon).
