Job Summary: We are seeking a Finishing Architect to review designs, supervise execution, and keep drawings updated for public works projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and coordinate the architectural finishing design. 2. Supervise the proper execution and installation of finishes. 3. Verify material quality and maintain AS-BUILT drawings. A public works construction company is looking for a Finishing Architect professional in the same city of Oxapampa who meets the following profile: * Review the project's architectural design * Perform layout, modular planning, and templating of finishes. * Coordinate finishes with other project disciplines. * Select finishes according to project and client requirements. * Supervise the proper execution and installation of finishes. * Detail finishing construction processes. * Verify conformity and quality of materials upon site delivery. * Keep architectural drawings and **AS\-BUILT** drawings up to date.
