Duties include cleaning of common areas, elevators, restrooms, parking areas, exteriors, and basic maintenance. **Requirements:** * Must be over 18 years of age. * Experience in cleaning (buildings, condominiums, offices, or similar). * Valid **DNI**. * Good physical condition. * Availability to work in **San Miguel**. **Responsibilities:** * Cleaning of common areas, reception, corridors, and staircases. * Cleaning of elevators, mirrors, and overhead doors. * Cleaning of staff restrooms. * Dust and cobweb removal from ceilings and lighting fixtures. * Cleaning of parking areas and external zones. * Exterior building washing (according to schedule). **Schedule:** * **Full-time** (Monday to Sunday with rotating days off). **Benefits:** * **MYPE payroll**: half bonus, half CTS, and 15 days of vacation. * Mobility allowance. * Timely payments. * Continuous training by Grupo Marfa Perú. * Excellent work environment.
