Job Summary: We are seeking an interior architect for real estate projects, responsible for supplier management, on-site supervision, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: \- Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience (mandatory) \- Experience working on construction sites \- Supplier management and on-site coordination skills \- Strong aesthetic judgment and focus on high-end finishes \- Communication skills and ability to interact with customers Main Responsibilities: \- Sourcing, managing, and coordinating with suppliers \- On-site supervision to ensure proper execution of finishes \- Proposal and follow-up of interior finishes and details \- Customer attention and accompaniment throughout the process \- After-sales management (recording observations, providing solutions) Conditions: \- On-site work (Punta Hermosa) \- Base salary \+ commissions and statutory benefits \- Personal transportation required Salary: S/.3,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
