Main Responsibilities: * Lead the project team in preparing the urban development application file. * Manage the project’s comprehensive development from planning through approval. * Coordinate with technical teams, public entities, and suppliers. * Supervise schedules, budgets, and goal achievement. * Ensure proper execution in compliance with current regulations.
