Opportunity to lead and manage the projects department **Real Estate Project Manager** Santiago de Surco \| Monday to Saturday \| Willingness to travel We are a real estate company seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to comprehensively lead the development of our projects—from land evaluation through on-site construction—ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost efficiency. **Requirements** * Licensed and registered architect with active professional license. * Minimum of 6 years of general work experience. * Minimum of 3 years of specific experience in the real estate sector. * Solid knowledge of urban development approvals and land regularization. * Advanced proficiency in MS Project, S10, AutoCAD, and Revit. * Willingness to travel as required. * Availability to work Monday to Saturday in Surco. **Specialization and/or training in:** * Cost Estimation and Budgeting * Construction Supervision * Project Management **Main Responsibilities** * Lead and manage the projects department, ensuring achievement of objectives, deadlines, and quality standards. * Coordinate with management, suppliers, consultants, and all project stakeholders. * Evaluate land parcels and analyze their technical and regulatory potential. * Prepare descriptive reports, technical files, and technical specifications. * Manage physical-legal regularization of land parcels in coordination with the legal department. * Supervise drawings, technical details, and requirements for correct on-site execution. * Manage acquisition of permits, certifications, ITSE, and other required authorizations. * Participate in construction cost and budget planning. * Monitor on-site progress using checklists, inspection protocols, and weekly reports. * Perform other duties assigned by management. **Competencies** * Leadership * Assertive communication * Problem solving * Results orientation * Teamwork * Ethics and professionalism **Benefits** * Market-competitive remuneration (negotiable). * Formal employment under MYPE payroll. * Company-sponsored training programs. * Corporate benefits. * Positive work environment. **If you meet this profile and wish to lead real estate projects from inception to completion, we look forward to your application!** Salary: S/.6,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Age? * District of residence? * Expected salary? * Years of experience as a project manager?
