Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced cleaning professional to maintain common areas and gardens in immaculate condition, following strict schedules and protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for maintaining common areas and gardens. 2. Polite interaction with residents and visitors. 3. Effective coordination and communication with the concierge. 1\. Must report to work punctually 2\. Must wear the uniform correctly and keep it clean 3\. Must greet residents and visitors of the unit politely 4\. Must perform work according to the cleaning checklist and the maintenance schedule for common areas. 5\. In case of being unable to carry out any task specified in the checklist or maintenance schedule, must promptly inform the building concierge. 6\. Must coordinate with the concierge on any special tasks that arise 7\. May temporarily assist residents only with authorization from the receptionist, and only on very specific occasions 8\. Must promptly report shortages of supplies to management and place orders for the entire month using a charge note. 9\. Must maintain a detailed record of cleaning supply usage in a notebook. 10\. Must use cleaning supplies appropriately, following the supplier's recommendations. 11\. Must water the gardens on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons; planters must be watered twice per week (Tuesday and Friday) 12\. Must clean the access ramp daily. 13\. Must mop basements at least once every fifteen days. 14\. Must inform the concierge of the area of the building where work is being performed.
