Ongoing training A prestigious real estate company is looking for a **Production Engineer** for its office in **Chiclayo**. **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 2.5 years of experience in similar roles on construction projects. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project (preferred). * Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D (preferred). * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of project management, site control, and management systems (Quality, Safety, and Environment). * Willingness to work in Chiclayo. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems on site. * Prepare and monitor the weekly Look Ahead schedule, including constraint analysis. * Plan and coordinate necessary resources (labor, materials, equipment) to meet the project schedule. * Manage material procurement orders after verifying stock levels at the site warehouse. * Coordinate with the Technical Office to develop and update construction schedules. * Monitor efficient material usage and report deviations or losses. * Support preparation of subcontractor valuations. * Report project changes and coordinate their valuation with the client. * Review and ensure compliance with contractual terms. * Supervise and control subcontractors on site, ensuring proper documentation and quality closure. * Participate in inspections, audits, and observation reporting. * Review and approve daily time sheets (hours worked and quantities measured). * Coordinate material supply according to the progress schedule. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Benefits** * Formal employment under the General Regime, including all statutory benefits. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Career development and growth opportunities. * Ongoing training. * Participation in large-scale projects. **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays: 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.2,800\.00 per month Application Questions: * Please provide your mobile phone number and WhatsApp. * What is your academic degree and university major? * How many years of experience do you have as a Production Engineer? * Are you available to work in Chiclayo? * What are your salary expectations?
