Required Profile: * Degree holder in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Proven specialization in Urban Development. * Experience leading urban development projects. * Knowledge of current regulations and municipal procedures management. * Leadership, planning, and decision-making capabilities. Main Responsibilities: * Lead the project team in preparing the urban development application file. * Comprehensively manage project development from planning through to approval. * Coordinate with technical teams, public entities, and suppliers. * Supervise schedules, budgets, and achievement of objectives. * Ensure proper execution in compliance with current regulations.
