Project Supervisor What is the main challenge? To administer and supervise actions related to real estate award processes for the development of real estate projects under the programs and/or products of Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A. (THE FUND), as well as supervision of verifications of Techo Propio projects under the AVN/CSP\-PC modality registered by the CRP, supervision of certification, verification, and monitoring processes for projects with sustainability attributes, and special projects assigned by the Real Estate and Social Projects Management.

What are the main responsibilities?
a) Supervise the evaluation of technical files submitted by real estate owners for real estate award contests aimed at developing social housing projects in which FMV participates, either through its own staff or third parties, based on coordination with FMV S.A.'s Organic Units.
b) Propose continuous improvements to land award contest processes in which FMV participates.
c) Supervise activities required for design contests for the Social Housing Projects Bank.
d) Manage the signing of agreements with natural or legal persons—public or private—to secure real estate for housing projects involving FMV.
e) Supervise activities necessary for implementing projects aimed at modifying the construction standard for social housing under a sustainability approach.
f) Supervise control and verification processes for Techo Propio projects under the AVN/CSP\-PC application modality registered by the MVCS CRP, either through institutional staff or third parties, based on coordination with FMV's Organic Units or ex officio.
g) Supervise the management of files derived from verification reports of Techo Propio projects under the AVN/CSP\-PC modality registered by the MVCS CRP.
h) Supervise, on a sample basis, the monitoring process for compliance by developers and/or financial entities with obligations related to the development and execution of Techo Propio projects to access the Family Housing Bonus for New Housing Acquisition.
i) Design, schedule, and control promotional activities for developers and/or builders in housing programs in which the Institution participates.
j) Ensure the effectiveness and transparency of assigned processes within the framework of applicable regulations.
k) Design, schedule, and control promotional activities to encourage participation by local and regional governments in providing land for real estate development.
l) Act effectively and transparently in processes within the scope of competence, in accordance with applicable regulations.
m) Participate in preparing management reports related to assigned activities, as frequently required by the supervisor.
n) Submit reports and documentation requested by the supervisor or the Real Estate and Social Projects Management.
o) Address complaints within the scope of responsibility to ensure appropriate user service.
p) Properly administer compliance with institutional information security measures, as well as guidelines defined for “Information Owners” within the scope of responsibility.
q) Supervise implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing System (SPLAFT) actions corresponding to the department where employed.

r) Ensure custody and proper use of assets assigned to the organizational unit under supervision.
s) Administer and preserve printed and digital documentary assets under supervision for the period stipulated by applicable regulations.
t) Ensure proper compliance with institutional information security measures, as well as guidelines defined for “Information Owners” within the scope of responsibility.
u) Lead integrated risk management activities, ensuring consistency between operations and defined risk tolerance levels applicable to the area of responsibility, in accordance with provisions issued by the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and Private Pension Funds (SBS) and internal institutional regulations.
v) Manage regulatory compliance within the scope of responsibility, contributing to sound corporate governance practices and a compliance culture within the organization.
w) Ensure proper performance of job functions and responsibilities, as well as conduct self-assessment of internal controls within the scope of responsibility.
x) Perform other related duties assigned by the Head of the Real Estate Projects Department or the Real Estate and Social Projects Manager.
What are we looking for in you?
* University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent disciplines with similar content (mandatory).
* Professional registration (desirable).
* Two (2\) years of experience in areas related to the responsibilities of this position (mandatory).
* Prior experience in certification processes for sustainable projects applied to the real estate sector.
* Experience in implementing and monitoring sustainability and energy efficiency standards in real estate projects.
* Experience in structuring and/or implementing financial products linked to sustainability, green housing, or climate financing.
* Knowledge of sustainable project certification and eligibility criteria for green housing programs or green financing applied to real estate projects, or innovation and development of new financial products or regulations related to sustainability, social housing, energy efficiency, or innovation tools and process improvement (mandatory).
* Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency (mandatory).
* Intermediate-level English language proficiency (mandatory).
