Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Architectural Supervisor to ensure project delivery in accordance with standards, by reviewing documentation, planning quality controls, and verifying materials and installations. Identification and communication of deviations for correction We are looking for a Quality Architectural Supervisor to join our team. **JOB OBJECTIVE** To control and ensure the quality of project item execution, particularly regarding finishes, to guarantee product delivery meeting client-defined standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Reviews project scope documentation (architectural drawings, specialty drawings, and detail drawings) and prepares the corresponding specialty coordination report for masonry and finishing phases. 2. Plans quality control activities; reviews and updates construction quality control procedures or formats to ensure final deliverables meet offered quality standards. 3. Conducts quality control verification of materials by comparing product and material technical data sheets against specifications in the technical file. Also performs quality control verification of installation and assembly per project item. 4. Identifies and promptly communicates deviations occurring in the project to facilitate appropriate corrective actions. 5. Contributes to weekly activity planning aligned with deadlines stipulated per project item, based on the actual construction schedule, in coordination with the Site Resident Engineer. 6. Requests quality documentation for each completed project item for subsequent delivery to the end client. Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and/or Engineering Minimum 2 years’ experience in multi-family projects of 10 stories or more.
