Manage corrective actions and prevent rework **Quality Supervisor \- Real Estate** **Location:** San Miguel (Construction Site) \| **Schedule:** Full-time **The Challenge** Lead quality assurance and control in our multifamily project, ensuring construction excellence and compliance with regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the implementation of the Quality Assurance and Control Plan. * Supervise and authorize the release of work packages and construction processes. * Identify defects, manage corrective actions, and prevent rework. * Coordinate with Production and Architecture teams to meet milestones. * Ensure technical documentation is complete for final project delivery. **Requirements** * Civil Engineer (Bachelor's degree or licensed). * Minimum **5 years** of experience in building construction, with **3 years specifically** as a Quality Supervisor/Manager. * **Availability:** On-site work in San Miguel.
