Join RUMI! **REQUIREMENTS**: * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Safety and Hygiene, or related SSOMA fields * Diploma in SSOMA Management comprising 360 academic hours, obtained no more than five years ago * Certificates for high-risk work training courses * Minimum of five years of verifiable experience as an SSOMA Manager (in charge) on multifamily residential buildings exceeding 15 floors * Experience, capability, and training in first aid – pre-hospital level * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel * Solid knowledge of legal regulations concerning Occupational Health and Safety **FUNCTIONS**: * Provide efficient advisory support to the site resident and staff members regarding compliance with current occupational health and safety regulations. * Ensure effective implementation of the organization’s internal regulations. * Review and validate SSOMA documents submitted by our contractors. * Review and validate operational work permits issued on site. * Timely preparation of weekly and monthly SSOMA reports. * Lead investigations into all incidents occurring at assigned construction sites. * Keep SSOMA documents updated and continuously improve them based on new legal regulations and incident occurrences.
