Cleaning work according to the check list and schedule. 2. Reporting of incidents and maintenance of facilities. 3. Management of cleaning supplies and garden care. Hello, we are ADM, a real estate company, and we are currently seeking Cleaning Staff for buildings. **Responsibilities:** \- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning check list and maintenance schedule. \- Report any incidents encountered during work to the supervisor on duty (e.g., burnt-out light bulbs or fluorescent tubes, damaged equipment or facilities, broken or cracked glass, warped or dirty walls, etc.). \- Timely report supply shortages to management and place orders for the full month. \- Use cleaning supplies appropriately, following the supplier’s recommendations. \- Water gardens as instructed by management and supervision (where applicable). \- Other duties as required for the position.
