Position Summary: We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of finishing works, coordinate with contractors, and control quality on real estate projects. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise the execution of finishing works, installations, and furniture. 2. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and specialists. 3. Control the quality of materials and construction processes. At **INT Real Estate Group**, we are looking for a **Site Supervisor** for a project in **Huaraz**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Licensed and registered architect. * Minimum of 5 years of experience since registration. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise the execution of finishing works (porcelain tile, ceramic tile, laminate flooring, SPC flooring, wallpaper, painting, cladding, baseboards, carpentry, and glass), as well as installations and furniture, verifying compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and current regulations. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and specialists to ensure proper execution of on-site activities. * Control the quality of materials and construction processes, ensuring compliance with project specifications. * Review and approve detailed drawings, shop drawings, and technical data sheets for materials and equipment to be installed. * Verify physical progress of the project, ensuring adherence to the established schedule and reporting deviations. * Identify and resolve interferences among architecture, installations, and furniture during execution. * Prepare technical reports and progress reports for project supervision or management. * Supervise the correct installation and operation of electrical, plumbing, and other systems specified in the project. * Prepare and manage contractor valuations, as well as submit required reports and valuations to financial institutions involved in project financing. * Manage and consolidate the project’s quality dossier—including technical data sheets, certificates, manuals, and control records—for delivery of apartments to owners, and participate in final inspections and punch-list resolution. **BENEFITS:** * Formal employment contract. * Corporate benefits.
