




Position Summary: We are seeking a Supervision Manager with experience in building construction and real estate projects to coordinate civil works, installations, and finishing works; lead teams; and manage technical and financial closeouts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead supervision of civil works, installations, and finishing works. 2. Coordinate with designers and contractors to advance construction progress. 3. Conduct audits and quality control of construction processes. At SUMAC, we are seeking a professional with solid experience in building construction, residential projects, and real estate to fill the position of Supervision Manager. Responsibilities: * Supervise all civil works, installations, and finishing works. * Coordinate with assigned designers to obtain timely responses to site queries, in coordination with TMH. * Lead and prepare minutes for sector handovers, weekly meetings, and project acceptance, ensuring adequate advance notice. * Coordinate with each contractor regarding participation, entry date according to the work schedule, and track their approvals with TMH. * Prepare Observation and Non-Conformance Reports, which must be attached to the weekly report and addressed immediately. * Conduct audits and quality control of all project construction processes. * Manage technical and financial closeout of work executed by all contractors. * Send daily photographic status reports of the worksite via WhatsApp to the individuals designated by TMH’s Construction Manager. * Ensure technical and financial closeout of all executed work. * Complete delivery forms for Quality Dossiers and Assets to Facility Management at Falabella and deliver them upon project completion. * Ensure contractors address observations within stipulated timeframes. * Manage delivery of Quality Dossiers from all contractors. * Manage signing of final acceptance certificates by each contractor upon project completion. * Participate in and provide advisory support during INDECI inspections. * Participate in and provide advisory support during audit visits. Requirements: * Civil Engineer with active professional registration. * Minimum 5–8 years of experience in construction management and supervision, primarily related to industrial plants and real estate projects. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office. * Advanced proficiency in MS Project. * Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD. * Project management software.
