We are currently seeking an Administrator. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage administrative operations. * Control and safeguard administrative and accounting documentation. * Prepare reports and indicators for decision-making. * Coordinate schedules, procedures, and internal and external communications. * Supervise invoicing, payments, collections, and expense control. * Manage office supplies and resource inventory. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency. **Job Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with oversight of multiple branches or teams. * Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, especially Excel). * Knowledge of administrative or accounting systems is desirable. **Required Competencies** * High level of responsibility, commitment, and confidentiality. * Strong organizational, planning, and control abilities. * Leadership and team management skills. * Ability to make decisions and solve problems. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills. * Efficient time management and task prioritization.
