We seek top talent to fill the position of **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical, graduate, or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields. * ERP knowledge (Desirable) * One year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency (Mandatory) * Availability to work from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm **RESPONSIBILITIES** * End-to-end order tracking with administrative suppliers, from issuance through final delivery. * Operational support to local billing and procurement departments, ensuring proper document management. * Management and resolution of incidents with administrative suppliers, ensuring timely resolution. * Administration and control of payments for utilities, office expenses, rentals, commissions, and corresponding invoice registration. * Preparation and management of payment lists for administrative suppliers. * Consolidation and submission of sales reports from the commercial area and local procurement charts. * Coordination and submission of accounts payable and accounts receivable documentation for financial statement preparation. * Collections management, payment recording and reconciliation, as well as review and updating of invoicing for commission payments. * Performance of other related duties assigned by direct supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm. * Payroll under MYPE (Micro and Small Enterprise) regime. * Work location: La Victoria, Lima (reference: Urb.
