Job Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual Commercial Assistant with fluency in English to support prospecting, customer service, and trade fair management in the agro-industrial sector. A leading agro-industrial company specializing in frozen product processing (mango, avocado, blueberry, and strawberry) is actively seeking top talent to fill the position of BILINGUAL COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT – English fluency required. Main Responsibilities: Provide support in prospecting and follow-up with the customer portfolio. Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone calls, email, LinkedIn), clarifying doubts and collecting feedback. Serve as interpreter (translator) during meetings and plant visits for the immediate supervisor. Map national and international trade fairs according to the proposed marketing plan. Manage logistics for trade fairs (foreigner permits, booths, materials, merchandising, etc.). Analyze and assist in pricing determination using the quotation tool. Communicate with domestic commercial entities. Collect and analyze commercial area data (internal and external sources, quotations, projects, orders, and customer interactions) to generate performance indicators. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: Graduates in International Trade, International Business, or related fields. Minimum two (2) years of experience in similar positions within the agro-industrial sector. Proficiency in ENGLISH – (verifiable). Knowledge of export documentation. Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel – (verifiable). Willingness to work on-site in the district of Chiclayo, Lambayeque.
