Job Summary: LPG & Cylinder Control Assistant to control and monitor the operational mass of LPG and cylinders, and prepare daily reports at a packaging plant. Key Highlights: 1. Support functions in LPG packaging and bulk handling Identification Position Title : LPG & Cylinder Control Assistant Number of Positions : 01 Department : Production Immediate Supervisor : LPG & Cylinder Control Coordinator Work Location : Av. Cajamarca Nro. 586 El Dorado / Lima - Lima - Puente Piedra (5 minutes from Zapallal Roundabout) Working Hours : 8:00 am – 8:00 pm (3 days per week) Salary : Negotiable Responsibilities General summary of job responsibilities: - Control and monitor the operational mass of the packaging company Punto de Distribución Sac. The plant packages cylinders in sizes of 5 kg, 10 kg, 15 kg, 45 kg, and M15, and sells bulk LPG via tankers. - Monitor transport units for packaged and bulk LPG belonging to the Punto de Distribución packaging plant. Specific Responsibilities: - Record and control the operational mass of LPG and cylinders at the plant on a daily basis. - Prepare daily waybills for packaged and bulk units. - Prepare LPG and cylinder control reports and submit them daily. - Prepare supplementary reports: cylinder loans, consignments, exchanges, etc. - Other duties related to the position assigned by Punto de Distribución under its directive function. Requirements Knowledge Intermediate-level Excel (Mandatory) Courses or knowledge of LPG and/or Natural Gas (Desirable) Education: Technical or university degree; Bachelor’s degree; graduate or incomplete studies in any of the following fields: Industrial Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, and/or disciplines related to this position. Experience 1 year of experience in packaging plants, gas stations, terminals, and/or hydrocarbon agents. (Desirable) 1 year of experience in inventory control or similar positions.
