Position Summary: Support operational control of the mine, monitor the mining plan, and analyze productivity data to identify deviations and issues. Key Highlights: 1. Support in operation monitoring and control tasks. **Responsibilities** * Support operational control of mine reports. * Monitor the mining plan. * Analyze productivity data. * Consolidate operational information for the Mine Management. * Identify operational deviations, alerts, or issues from reports. * Provide support in operation monitoring and control tasks. **Requirements** * 1–3 years of experience in mine operations, operational control, planning, or productivity analysis. * Intermediate Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Basic or intermediate Deswik proficiency. * Analytical ability, organization, and follow-up capability. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and sound judgment to anticipate problems. * Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule. **Conditions** * Payroll employment contract. * Salary: S/ 3,800 to S/ 4,500. * Department: Mine Operations. * Reports to: Mine Superintendent / Mine Management. **Application** Apply if you have entry-level experience in mining operations, strong Excel skills, and motivation to develop your career in operational control and mining productivity.
