Job Objective To execute and coordinate specialized civil works, installation, repair, and maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, work procedures, and company-established safety, quality, and environmental standards. Main Responsibilities Execute civil works, installation, repair, and maintenance tasks as directed by the Site Foreman, Crew Leader, or Supervisor. Perform specialized civil construction activities in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. Follow established work procedures, technical standards, and safety guidelines. Coordinate and guide assigned workers in performing operational tasks. Perform layout, leveling, preparation, and conditioning of work areas. Use assigned tools, equipment, and materials correctly. Inspect tools and equipment before use and report anomalies. Assist in loading, unloading, transportation, and storage of materials and equipment. Verify work quality against established standards. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. Report progress, incidents, and requirements to supervisory personnel. Report unsafe conditions or acts and contribute to incident prevention. Comply with the company’s code of ethics and internal policies. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
