Job Objective Support the execution of civil works activities, performing construction tasks, material transportation, cleaning, and preparation of work areas, while complying with safety, occupational health, environmental procedures, and internal company policies. Main Responsibilities Assist site personnel (Officer, Worker, and Supervisor) in carrying out assigned activities. Perform supporting tasks in civil construction and material handling. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Assist in preparing mixtures and preparing materials and tools. Use assigned hand tools and basic equipment correctly. Inspect the condition of tools, materials, and equipment before use. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Follow instructions from supervisory personnel during task execution. Comply with internal procedures and safety, health, and environmental regulations. Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly. Care for and maintain assigned tools, materials, and equipment. Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and scheduled activities. Report unsafe conditions or acts to prevent accidents. Report any situation violating the company’s Code of Ethics. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
