




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide support in project planning, coordination, and monitoring, applying technical specifications and international standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in project planning, coordination, and monitoring. 2. Collaboration in tendering processes and project cost control. 3. In Peru, we operate across most economic sectors—including mining, agriculture, and fishing—forming part of the value chain for their products and services. **Job Description*** Provide support in planning, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects. * Support implementation of Repsol’s technical specifications and complementary international standards, according to service specialty. * Collaborate in tendering, contracting, and project cost control processes. * Prepare and maintain basic project progress reports and update management documentation. * Participate in risk identification and proposal of improvements under supervision of Semi-Senior or Senior professionals. * Other support duties inherent to the position. **Requirements*** Professional degree or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management, pre-professional internships, or support roles in project areas. * General knowledge of Repsol’s specifications, according to service specialty. * Knowledge of complementary international standards. * Basic knowledge of the PMBOK Guide, tendering processes, and cost management. * User-level proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Office 365. * Intermediate English (spoken and written), advanced reading ability. **Additional Information*** Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits effective from the first day of work. * 80% employer-paid EPS coverage for the employee. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
