Job Description: We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to support the company’s administrative and human talent management processes. This position is oriented toward organized, proactive candidates with strong effective communication skills. Responsibilities: -Support recruitment, interview, and selection processes. -Manage onboarding and offboarding documentation for personnel. -Monitor contracts, vacations, and attendance. -Coordinate onboarding programs and internal activities. -Maintain the employee database up to date. -Provide support for workplace climate and internal communication. -Support document control and filing within the department. -Coordinate postings of job openings. Requirements: -Bachelor's degree or graduate in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. -Minimum 1 year of experience in HR functions. -Knowledge of personnel recruitment and selection. -Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. -Basic knowledge of labor legislation is desirable.
