




Job Summary: Support production control and tracking, document processes, manage technical requirements and inventories, and participate in continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring production flow and daily schedule compliance. 2. Preparation of technical quotations and inventory management. 3. Support for continuous improvement using tools such as 5S and Lean Manufacturing. Operational Functions and Responsibilities Assist in production control and tracking: Monitor on-site or warehouse activity flow to ensure daily schedule compliance. Process documentation and mapping: Support development of flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and updates to work methods. KPI and technical metrics control: Collect field data for calculating efficiency indicators (OEE), productivity, and scrap rates. · Technical requirement management: Input and technical validation of customer orders in the control system. Cost and budget analysis: Prepare detailed technical quotations specifying materials, labor, and estimated time. Inventory and supply management: Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding input availability and dispatch scheduling to prevent stockouts. Continuous Improvement Support: Identify bottlenecks and propose technical adjustments using tools such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or Pareto charts. Technical Report Preparation: Consolidate field information to prepare monthly performance reports and client-specific status reports. · Technical Competencies and Skills Engineering Tools Proficiency: Intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, logical formulas); ability to read technical drawings or diagrams (basic AutoCAD is desirable). Analytical Thinking: Ability to transform raw production data into actionable insights for decision-making. Quality Management: Basic knowledge of occupational safety, health regulations, and quality standards. Execution Capability: Orientation toward rapidly resolving technical issues on the shop floor or plant floor. Technical Communication: Ability to interact with warehouse/plant operators and translate their needs into management-level language for supervisors.
