Coordination with other disciplines for design development. **Requisition Number:** 23652BR **Description:** Stantec is seeking to hire an INTERMEDIATE HYDRAULIC ENGINEER for its offices in Peru, a professional with at least 7 years of general work experience. Key responsibilities include: * Design of various hydraulic structures in the mining sector. * Simulation using hydraulic engineering software. * Preparation of calculation reports. * Coordination and review of drawings with CAD technicians. * Preparation of technical dossiers. * Compliance with Stantec’s and/or clients’ quality procedures for projects. * Coordination with other disciplines for design development. **Qualifications:** The position requirements are: * Civil Engineer or Fluid Mechanics Engineer (licensed and registered with the professional association). * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Hec\-Ras, Iber, Acrobat PDF, and Office365. * Minimum 5 years of experience participating in the design or execution of hydraulic engineering projects in the mining sector. * Experience designing hydraulic structures including channels, pressurized conduits, sedimentation basins, spillways, desanders, intakes, and discharge structures. **About Stantec:** Stantec’s global community comprises approximately 31,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
