Participate in global sustainable consulting projects. **Requisition Number:** 23694BR **Description:** Stantec is hiring an INTERMEDIATE MINING ENGINEER for its offices in Peru, requiring a professional with at least 7 years of general work experience. Key responsibilities include: * Performing calculations and methodology for material extraction at a mine or quarry, as well as developing the economic plan for profitable execution. Reports functionally to the CQA Manager in Lima (CQA Mngr) and the Mining Manager (Principal, Mining) in Salt Lake City. * Developing the economic plan for profitable extraction execution. * Serving as the liaison between Stantec offices (Lima and Salt Lake City). * Reviewing and correcting models for mineral material extraction. **Qualifications:** Requirements for this position are: * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering. * Advanced English proficiency. * Advanced knowledge of Vulcan. **About Stantec:** Stantec’s community comprises approximately 31,000 employees working across more than 450 locations on six continents.
