As part of our growth plan, we are currently seeking a Junior Operations Supervisor to join our team of professionals. Requirements: • Graduate, Bachelor's degree holder, or certified professional in Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. • Knowledge of air conditioning (HVAC) systems and electromechanical equipment. • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or leading operational projects. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory). • Resident of Arequipa city. Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate with internal staff the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for air conditioning units, diesel generators, electric pumps, electrical panels, UPS, and SPAT. • Develop monthly maintenance schedules and implementation plans. • Supervise maintenance service execution to ensure equipment operational readiness. • Prepare technical reports and budgets for corrective maintenance. • Coordinate with clients regarding requirements and emergency responses. • Conduct occasional field supervision of technical personnel. • Comply with SSOMA standards and procedures. • Perform related duties and other activities associated with operational management of the department.
