In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Provide support in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of assigned projects. * Assist in applying customer technical specifications and complementary international standards according to the service specialty. * Collaborate in procurement processes, contracting, and project cost control. * Prepare and maintain basic project progress reports and update management documentation. * Participate in risk identification and proposal of improvements under the supervision of Semi-Senior or Senior professionals. * Other support duties inherent to the position. **Requirements** * Professional degree or bachelor's in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, pre-professional practices, or support roles in project areas. * General knowledge of Repsol specifications according to the service specialty. * Knowledge of complementary international standards. * Basic knowledge of PMBOK guidelines, bidding processes, and cost management. * Proficient user level in: MS Project, AutoCAD, and Office 365\. * Intermediate English (spoken and written), advanced reading. **Additional Information** * Direct employment from day one, with all statutory benefits. * 80% employer-paid EPS coverage for employee, spouse, and children up to 18 years old. * Positive work environment. * Access to corporate benefits.
