We Are Seeking a Food Laboratory Analyst We are currently looking for a Food Laboratory Analyst to join our quality and production team. Key Responsibilities Perform physicochemical and microbiological analyses on raw materials and finished products. Record, interpret, and report laboratory results. Verify proper operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Manage inventory of reagents, materials, and laboratory supplies. Identify and promptly report deviations in analytical results. Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in the food industry. Desirable knowledge of microbiological analyses: mesophilic aerobes, molds, E. coli. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
