Maintenance Operator - Grinder

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operator - Grinder for the production area, responsible for assembly, disassembly, and quality control. Key Points: 1. Technical training in Machinery and Tools Mechanics or related fields. 2. Experience in metalizing, large lathes, and micrometer reading. 3. High sense of responsibility and knowledge of metrology. We are currently looking for a MAINTENANCE OPERATOR - GRINDER for the production area. What We Are Looking For: - Completed technical professional education in Machinery and Tools Mechanics, Production Mechanics and/or related fields. - Minimum 03 years of experience, preferably in metalizing, large lathes (2m swing diameter) and 100% micrometer reading proficiency. - High sense of responsibility. - Immediate full-time availability. - Prior work experience in industrial companies. - Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS). - Ability to read breakdown drawings. - Knowledge of metrology and use of pneumatic and hydraulic tools. Responsibilities - Perform the established assembly and disassembly sequence, ensuring that components and/or parts are not damaged during handling in the process. - Interpret and carry out tasks according to drawings, schematics, machine diagrams, and tolerance tables, in coordination with the supervisor. - Conduct self-quality control according to the component drawing. - Coordinate and perform component cleaning procedures as indicated in the work plan, without removing the component identification.
