Job Summary: At ISEM, we are seeking an Auditor to review, update, and audit training course content, ensure compliance with standards, and manage non-conformities. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in reviewing and updating training content 2. Responsibility for auditing mining training services 3. Tracking and managing non-conformities for continuous improvement ISEM is currently seeking an Auditor: Knowledge and Requirements: ▪ University graduate or technical professional. ▪ 10 years of combined experience in: * Supervision of high-risk mining operations. * Auditing management systems in mining. * Safety training management in mining. ▪ Knowledge of Minera Yanacocha’s Health & Safety (H\&S) standards. ▪ Knowledge of auditing management systems. ▪ Knowledge of safety training management in mining. ▪ Familiarity with applicable international standards, such as: ASME, NIOSH, ANSI, and others. ▪ Training in auditing and management systems. Availability to work a 5x2 work schedule Residence location: Cajamarca (Mandatory) Responsibilities: 1\. Review and update course materials (exams, presentations, and checklists). 2\. Prepare a work plan, schedule, and standardized audit formats. 3\. Audit training services to ensure compliance with service scope, training guidelines, and risk management. 4\. Recommended audit duration: ▪ Induction: 2 days (1 day in classroom + 1 day in office) ▪ Authorization process: 3 days (1 circuit + 1 classroom + 1 office) ▪ Safety standards training: 5 days (4 days in classroom + 1 day in office) 5\. Issue performance reports for authorized training companies. 6\. Follow up on corrective actions for non-conformities. 7\. Recommend imposition of penalties in cases of repeated failure to meet service scope requirements. 8\.
